Catering Order Policy To ensure we can properly prepare your order with the quality and attention it deserves, please review our catering requirements below: Orders Up to $4,000 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full. Orders Over $4,000 A minimum of 3 days’ advance notice is required. Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. We do not accept deposits. All catering orders must be paid in full before preparation begins. Cancellation & Credit Policy All catering sales are final. No refunds will be issued for canceled catering orders. Customers who cancel their catering order more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may receive a credit toward future catering services. Any approved credit must be used within 12 months of the original event date and is non-transferable. Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for a refund or future credit. Changes to Orders Any changes to guest counts, menu selections, quantities, pickup times, or delivery details requested within 7 days of the scheduled event cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Steaming Pots West African Cuisine reserves the right to decline or modify orders based on product availability, scheduling, and operational capacity.
